Giới thiệu chung

Gefran M32-6-M-B07C-1-4-D là cảm biến áp suất dạng “melt pressure transducer” — thiết kế để đo áp suất trong các môi trường nhiệt độ cao, đặc biệt áp suất nóng chảy của nguyên liệu, thường dùng trong ngành nhựa, polymer và các dây chuyền đùn ép công nghiệp. 

Thông số kỹ thuật chính

Dòng sản phẩm: M3 Series — Mercury filled (ổn định nhiệt độ cao)

Phạm vi ứng dụng: Áp suất nóng chảy trong máy đùn, thiết bị lớn, ứng dụng R&D công nghiệp 

📌 Chi tiết kỹ thuật:

• Phạm vi đo áp suất: tối đa ~700 bar (tỉ lệ tùy cấu hình)

• Độ chính xác: ~±0.5% FSO (có thể có trắng ±0.25% tuỳ model/option) 

• Ngõ ra tín hiệu: điện áp hoặc dòng điện (thường mV/V hoặc 4–20 mA — model cụ thể tùy option) 

• Cấu tạo chứa thủy ngân: “mercury-filled” giúp ổn định tín hiệu trong môi trường nhiệt độ cao 

• Connector: Đầu nối 6 chân

• Chuẩn ren lắp: ½-20 UNF (tiêu chuẩn công nghiệp)Nhiệt độ chịu nhiệt: có thể lên tới ~400 °C tùy điều kiện thiết kế cụ thể 

• Tiêu chuẩn bảo vệ: IP65 (phù hợp môi trường công nghiệp
