The Profiler Gauge PG9810T automatically determines the presence and thickness of nylon-based barrier materials in PET containers and preforms. The measurement is rapid, accurate and non-destructive.

PG9810T measurement modes

• Pass/Fail – determines the absence or presence of barrier material at up to 8 user-defined height levels on a container or preform
• Vertical Thickness Measurement – scans the entire length of a container or preform to determine the presence and thickness of barrier material
• Horizontal Thickness Measurement – permits barrier material thickness measurement at specific heights on containers and preforms
