Product Description

■ The SHT-ASV(C) converts the gas concentrations and abnormal gas pressure of AI and DI-Input of 1~8 Channels-into the RS-485 signal and transmits the signal to the computer system(Gas Tracking Ver. 5.0) to monitor and control the gas shut-off device in both ways.

FEATURES

◉ VALVE CONTROL UNIT consists of LMU(Local Monitoring Unit), ASV(C) (Front Unit), and VCU(Value Control Unit).
◉ Up to 8Channels’ AI(Analog Input) and DI(Digital Input) functions are supported (Transmitting the status of gas leakage and abnormal gas pressure).
◉ Connected to the VCU(Valve Control Unit) supports the gas leakage shut-off(Two-way control with the computer).

SPECIFICATION

LMU(LOCAL MONITORING UNIT)
◉ The use of this function is separated from the Value Control Unit.
◉ This communication unit for monitoring converts the status of gas leakage con-centrations and abnormal gas pressure into the RS-485 signal after receiving 8Channels’ AI and DI, and transmits it to the computer system(Gas Tracking
Ver. 5.0).

ASV(C) (FRONT UNIT)
◉ ASV(C) conducts the OPEN/CLOSE function of the local gas shut-off device.
◉ ASV(C) changes the ID of the local gas leakage detector.

VCU(VALVE CONTROL UNIT)
◉ After receiving 8Channels’ AI and DI, this monitoring and two-way control unit transmits gas leakage concentrations, abnormal gas pressure, and the open-ing/closing operation of the gas shut-off device to the computer system(Gas
Tracking Ver. 5.0)
◉ The gas shut-off function transmits the signal to the SHT-90(M) (Monitoring) in order to check the gas leakage alarm(H.HH) and the status of the gas shut-off device(Checking functions: Open, Close, Lock, Fault, and Disconnection).
